  To use fully extract xkb.tar.zst into /usr/share/X11/xkb
  To apply the hot-fix (but you won't gain access to vou) extract symbols.tar.zst into /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols (de & level3)
  to additionally gain access to vou, extract rules.tar.zst into /usr/share/X11/xkb/rules (evdev.extras.xml)
  If you don't need vou you can just extract symbols_no_vou.tar.zst into /usr/share/X11/symbols or replace /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/de with de_no_vou
